We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.

📦 Standard Shipping (3–6 business days):

  • 0–5KG: £2.99

  • 5KG and up: £5.99

🚚 Free delivery on orders over £85

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, here's what to do:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at hungarocarpetcleaning@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method.

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
